North Texas Mechanical/NTM Services Inc. proudly serves residential customers in Keller, Grapevine, Richland Hills, North Fort Worth, Bedford and other surrounding areas, and commercial customers throughout most of Texas. Since 1992, they have provided many residential and business service on air conditioning, air balancing, indoor air quality, filters, heating, heat pumps, insulation, controls and zoning, residential load calculations, blower door testing, attic insulation and solar fans. NTM encourages each new customer to schedule a whole house diagnostic in the beginning, especially for families who suffer from allergies or asthma, or in buildings with high energy bills or excessive dust. During the diagnostics checks, NTM will check for any areas of infiltration or exfiltration, and develop a plan to make the home more secure and safe for its inhabitants. They can install attic ventilators and clean and sanitize the ductwork through the building.

NTM is a certified Trane Comfort Specialist, and the technicians receive yearly training to maintain the accreditation.  Education extends to NTM customers, as it is important for customers to be well-informed in order to achieve the best and most efficient results. NTM also offers 24-hour emergency service. NTM is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau and a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).
