A Parting Thought...
Variable flow through chiller evaporators is no longer heresy now that chiller controls can quickly adapt to changing operating conditions. Use an analysis tool to determine the economic viability of variable primary flow. When appropriate, offer it to building owners and operators as a value-added option in your system designs.
