Maintenance & Repairs - Trane's Factory-trained technicians know how to perform the maintenance best on your Trane equipment and can make sure everything is running at optimum levels.

Extended Warranties-Trane Extended Warranties can be purchased through us. This allows for factory-trained Trane technicians to work on your newly purchased Trane equipment.

Engineered Conversions

Trane Chemical Analysis & Predictive Maintenance-Oil Analysis, Refrigerant Analysis, Bromide Analysis, as well as Vibration Analysis and Eddy Current Testing all can provide insight into how well your equipment is performing and can be good indicators of leaks or other problems. Some of these can be done without ever having to take your machine offline.

Trane Temporary Cooling Solutions-Trane ChillerSource can provide your facility with immediate heating and cooling solutions in an emergency. St. Louis Trane has its own stocking depot for Chillers, Rooftops, and cooling towers. Generators, cables, hoses, and other supplementary equipment is also available. Whether it is an unplanned emergency or you just need extra cooling during the hot summer months, Trane ChillerSource can get you through.

Contingency Planning-Whether your facility is a hospital or an industrial plant, often cooling is vital to your operations. Any HVAC downtime can be distastrous. A Service Sales representative can do a walkthrough of your facility and work with you to create a step-by-step contingency plan, so that if your HVAC goes down, Trane can get you back up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
