Trane’s warranty programs can offer you years of worry-free protection. Because we stand behind everything we build, your new system is covered by some of the best Manufacturer’s Limited Warranties in the industry. For owners looking for a little extra security, we also offer Optional Extended Warranties to give you years of worry-free protection long after your system has been installed.

Product registration


Product registration is quick and easy. All you need to complete the process is the serial number, model number and installation date for each of your new Trane products. If you don’t have this information handy on your sales invoice, your dealer can provide it to you. Information on where to locate your product’s serial number can also be found here.

Register online or by phone


Beginning May 1, 2009, Registered Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered within 60 days of installation. Registration can be completed online or by
calling 1-800-554-6413.
