We changed our name from American Standard Companies to Trane on November 28, 2007, following a successful company separation. The information in the following section includes our former businesses, along with Trane.
Compliance and Remediation
Trane/American Standard is committed to protecting the health of our environment and our employees. We pledge to report any condition or occurrence that is, or is alleged to be, in violation of applicable environmental protection laws or regulations, including spills of any hazardous or potentially hazardous materials.
In compliance with our environmental protection procedures, we respond to violations by taking remedial (corrective) or preventative actions as prescribed by regulatory agencies or our Office of Environmental Affairs.
