This workshop is designed for maintenance and service people, building operators, facility and property managers and anyone else who maintains heating & cooling systems.

Description

This new workshop prepares attendees to start a preventative maintenance program or to better operate an existing program. It emphasises the reliabilty centered maintenance approach of using a combination of several maintenance strategies to reduce total maintenance costs while still keeping the equipment running smoothly. It prepares attendees to better understand the preventative maintenance needs for building mechanical systems including: air handlers, low-pressure boilers, package & split air conditioners, chillers, & cooling towers. Included are discussions on the use of operation logs, check sheets, procedure/procees description sheets & other quality tools to improve the process and make it easier.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no less than seven working days before the start of the class. If a cancellation is made less than seven days before the class, you will be invoiced for the class, in which case you will have a credit on your account to be used for a future class. Kansas Trane reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason including low attendance, weather, or illness. Payment for cancelled registrations may go toward the cost of a future class.
