This program is designed to assist property managers who do not have a mechanical background. This seminar addresses the overall operation of AC systems, air movement and total operation of the facility. Topics covered are basic AC, VAV, IAQ issues, refrigerant management ASHRAE issues leadership issues, controls, personnel, ADA, OSHA concerns, contracting and service agreements. The benfit of such a program is to make any property manager a greater asset to their organization by fueling their basic knowledge of facility operations. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes due to small class size, weather, or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 72 hours before class and tuition will be refunded less a $35 registration fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the class, your tuition will not be refunded. "No Shows" and cancellations less than 72 hours before class will be charged in full or may be credited towards a future class of the same value and a $35 transfer fee will be charged.
