Training Event

The objective of this training is to acquaint the participant with the basics of modern refrigeration as it applies to air conditioning systems. Course content includes: heat transfer methods; sensible and latent heat; types of refrigerant (does not include refrigerant handling practices); use of vapor/pressure charts; discussion of superheat and subcooling; discussion of the evaporator, condenser, compressor, and expansion devices; application of these components to both cooling only and heat pump units. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes due to small class size, weather, or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 72 hours before class and tuition will be refunded less a $35 registration fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the class, your tuition will not be refunded. "No Shows" and cancellations less than 72 hours before class will be charged in full or may be credited towards a future class of the same value and a $25 transfer fee will be charged.
