  | Description |

| Attendees will learn the inner workings of the heat pump and review different styles of heat pumps and heating and cooling cycles along with refrigerant flows. The electrical side of operation will also be covered including various thermostats. Troubleshooting the entire system completes the class.
Please note: Accessing a refrigerant system requires an EPA Certification.

| After registering for a class, you will receive a fax or e-mail confirming receipt of your request. A confirmation letter will also be mailed 2 weeks before the start date confirming the class. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to cancel a class with two weeks’ notice. Do not purchase airline tickets until you receive this confirmation letter. |

| Cancellations must be received five (5) business days before the start of the class to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations after this time will receive training credit to be used within one year. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, illness or limited attendance. In these cases, a full refund will be given. |
