| Attendees will learn the concept of air conditioning system controls (three point loops), incorporating small systems and working up to large commercial machines. Attendees will develop an understanding of what has to be controlled in any size environmental system and the concept of direct digital control (DDC). The culminating focus is the complete building management system.

| After registering for a class, you will receive a fax or e-mail confirming receipt of your request. A confirmation letter will also be mailed 2 weeks before the start date confirming the class. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to cancel a class with two weeks’ notice. Do not purchase airline tickets until you receive this confirmation letter. |

| Cancellations must be received five (5) business days before the start of the class to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations after this time will receive training credit to be used within one year. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, illness or limited attendance. In these cases, a full refund will be given. |
