  | Description |

| This class is designed to look at the fundamentals of heat creation, heat transfer and the system and components designed for heat removal. Attendees will look at air conditioning systems’ design and operation with different characteristics to provide human comfort. In addition, a review of refrigeration loops and troubleshooting and the “how” and “why” maintenance service is so necessary for energy efficiency.

| After registering for a class, you will receive a fax or e-mail confirming receipt of your request. A confirmation letter will also be mailed 2 weeks before the start date confirming the class. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to cancel a class with two weeks’ notice. Do not purchase airline tickets until you receive this confirmation letter. |

| Cancellations must be received five (5) business days before the start of the class to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations after this time will receive training credit to be used within one year. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, illness or limited attendance. In these cases, a full refund will be given. |
