Description
This course covers different types of fans and how they are used in various applications. The entire fan is discussed from the wheels, shafts, bearings, belts, sheaves, and vibration. Other topics that will be reviewed include: air handler fan placement, fan wheel operation, wheel application, bearings, belt, shaft and vibration diagnosis, troubleshooting noisy fans, wheel failures and maintenance procedures. Instructor: Jim James Industry Credits: Earn 8 CEU Credits for Kentucky Journeyman Licenses.

Registration Information
After registering for a class, you will receive a fax or e-mail confirming receipt of your request. A confirmation letter will also be mailed 2 weeks before the start date confirming the class. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to cancel a class with two weeks’ notice. Do not purchase airline tickets until you receive this confirmation letter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received five (5) business days before the start of the class to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations after this time will receive training credit to be used within one year. Harshaw Trane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, illness or limited attendance. In these cases, a full refund will be given.
