Training Event

The objective of this training is to present the basic causes for reciprocating compressor failures and suggest system changes to prevent repeat failures. Discussion includes failures resulting from Oil Dilution; Hydrodynamic forces in the cylinders; Lubricating oil loss; Overheating; Dirt and contamination; Electrical failures. A short description of the similarities and differences between reciprocating and scroll compressors introduces the basic instruction period. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes due to small class size, weather, or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 72 hours before class and tuition will be refunded less a $35 registration fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the class, your tuition will not be refunded. "No Shows" and cancellations less than 72 hours before class will be charged in full or may be credited towards a future class of the same value and a $25 transfer fee will be charged.
