This user-friendly informational web site will save you time and increase your business’s productivity. The ComfortSite provides Trane National Service customers with a secured internet web site to enhance communications and data management.

Features include:

  • Facility Data: Logs data and tracks information about your specific facilities, equipment, and service history.
  • Project Tracking: Provides an online source for your organization and Trane to communicate key dates and changes in real-time. Also, stores proposals and submittals for quick reference.
  • Retrofit and Replacement: Offers information to make important financial decisions about replacing or retrofitting an equipment. Includes the Retrofit and Replacement Budgeting Model and the Energy Cost Recovery Estimator (ECRE).
  • Service and Maintenance: Stores equipment information in the Facility Data section allowing you to monitor and confirm dispatch service and scheduled maintenance.
  • Order Center: Provides resources to quickly and easily locate a part number, find the nearest participating Trane Parts Center and purchase the part, all online!
  • Warranty Center: Offers this quick look-up tool to determine if your Trane unit is still within the standard warranty period.
