Trane Columbus is a consolidation of the growing operations of Trane Columbus Commercial Sales, the Columbus Residential Solutions Dealer Sales Office, Strategic Realtionships (National Account), and Global National Service in the CityGate Business Park near Port Columbus International Airport.

Located on seven acres, the 118,000 square foot building includes a Tracer™ Summit Demo room and a state-of-the-art Training room. The building design complies with both ASHRAE 90.1 and EPA Energy Star® Building Standards. This revolutionary “smart building” integrates comfort control, energy management, and fire and security with a Tracer™ Summit Building Automation System. Trane Columbus has expanded the equipment and parts distribution warehouse and our training and central monitoring capabilities. Re-engineered, the space supports the efficiencies and synergies of all four divisions and accommodates future expansion.
