Tampa Bay Trane is the franchised agent for the Trane Commercial Air Conditioning Products and Services. Trane is a division of Ingersoll Rand. Tampa Bay Trane handles the local sales effort for Trane commercial air conditioning products, provides certain additional HVAC products that support the sale of Trane products, offers digital controls systems design, installation and service; provides HVAC system start-up, maintenance, and repair services; engages in certain project management and performance contracting activities, conducts customer training and is responsible for the sale of warranty and replacement repair parts.
